Hours of Operation for Web Services

Using the on-line Registry system, regular access to the Registry services is from Monday to Saturday, 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Sunday 12:00 p.m. (noon) to 11:00 p.m. Lao, PDR time.

Hours of Operation for Registry Service provided by Help Desk

The Registry Office client representatives are available from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m for new client applications and any administrative changes clients require to maintain accounts.

Hours of Operation during Holidays

The Registry services provided by Registry staff will be observing the holiday schedule as set out by the Government and will not be available to provide assistance. The on line system will remain available as scheduled unless otherwise notified.
